Chilean people and Chilean Miners are Rockstars!!

I am glued to the T.V. watching all the miners come through the tube to freedom.  I can't even imagine how they feel after being trapped for a little over 2 months.  The Rescuers are doing an awesome job and everything is going well.  I can't stop watching! I went to bed watching and woke up to see how far they had gotten.  It 's amazing and inspirational to see the reactions of all the miners and their family members and also to hear the stories of miners.  They should all right a book called stories of the mines.  The story of the butterfly was amazing. "The guardian Angel butterfly" is what they called it.  The guy who dropped to his knees in prayer warmed my heart. I loved the stories of faith and prayer, believing they would come out alive. The elvis fan who led them all in song was cute, especially since he didnt speak english well but new many elvis songs.
I must say my absolute favorite miner reaction was "SUPER MARIO!" He tickled me.  I love how he brought rock souvenirs from the the mines for the rescue workers. He gave everybody hugs and led them in the chilean national chant.  It is just wonderful to see how supportive and loving the chilean people are for one another.  It's like they are all one huge family that we get to be a part of through T.V. interaction. Such a proud nation. I think their president is wonderful as well.  I am so proud that american companies participated in this joyus event. I am most of all happy that the 33 miners are all alive and well.
The miners spirits were amazing. I'm gonna keep watching till there all free.  CNN LIVE all day.
These stories make the miners, their families and those of us watching appreciate the things in or lives that hold the greatest importance.
..and to think they weren't suppose to be rescued till around christmas.  What a blessing.

Just wondering who came up with the order for the rescues.  These are some brave men.  I would be a mess if I were there especially if I were last.

Inspired writing: The place I go

This is an inspired writing entitled: The Place I go. I hope you enjoy

The Dark Freezing stormy night was on her, as she sat there desperately waiting.  Broken and bruised but determined not to give in.  She waited anxiously while praying for strength to endure the heaviness she was carrying.  She was afraid of fainting but she held onto her sudden strength to bear.  She knew in her heart that her hope would show himself before her eyes became to heavy. "He hasn't forgotten"she continued to tell herself.  Determined not to drift the night became deep and rain drops became even heavier.  It was almost likke they were beating down her faith.  Fear and defeat began to speak. They told her how the strom would keep her hope away.  Her heart teeter-tottered with every glimpse of light.  Whenever the light passed her by she reached deeper into her stash of faith that she had spent the last two years building for such a time as this.  She was careful to stay true to her faith although her circumstance were doing their best to mock her.  This was all she had to endure.  She had never been so broken in her life.  Her physical health was fragile, her mental health had become exhausted by the second and her spiritual health was in the fight of its life.  Getting through the night was her constant prayer, but tomarrow had plenty of worries she was not competant enough to ponder.  In order to protect her emotional well-being she transferred to an empty, cold, blank place where she only exsisted in body.  Starring straight ahead expressionless and zoned out in a protective bearing state. Her freezing body became numb and the tears withheld.  When having done all there is to do, just stand.  While in this state she's constantly reminding herself how often her faith has sustained her in hard times.  She ensured herself, "Surely this time is no different." She realized that it was so late or early in the morning that help would usually be sleep.  All things considered she began thanking him for delivering her from this situation.  She thanked him for rescuing her as if it had already happen.  After re-encouragement she slipped back into that state of being.  Hours passed, raindrops fell until puddles accumilated on the ground.  She could not barely feel her limbs.  Water trickled down the windows with consistency and flow which made visibility impossible.  Trapped, freezing, hollow, battered and fragile are the emotions and feelings that she was protecting herself from while waiting for him. These are the emotions she carries but the weight of it all is weighing  heavy. Although it has slipped into a still night with no lights, she refuses to drift off, as if her drifting is a direct reflection of her faith.  Refusing to seperate the two she glared straight ahead, determined to see her deliverance in its fruition.  The wait persists almost to cause her to recant her faith. Suddenly out of the still deep night a stream  of light glared through the stream of rain on the window.  Hope revived her like resesitations from the hand of her deliverer.  Unlike the lights she had seen pass her by the last several hours,  she knew instantly this time was different.  She had gone through hours with no light and only the sounds of the drum of nature, and at last she was finally graced with this glimmer of hope in the form of light.  "I knew he heard me! I knew he had not forgotten me", she whispered to herself as tears quickly rose to the surface of her eyes. It was like a flood that had been released.  Her deliverance had come.  It was then when she realized the true meaning of he'll never give you more than you can bear.  She always heard other recite that verse but never understood the magnitude of it until now. It was over! her suffering, the fear, the emotional roller coaster all of it was over.  Her strength to bear that agony was always there. Her circumstances seemed to much for her at times that she felt the need to zone out, yet she has come out the other side of it ok.
Relief was not a strong enough word to describe her new found emotions, however tomarrow was a new challenge, but as low as it was today, she still felt she was blessed the most.

Beat England!! Beat Algeria! Beat Ghana!!!!!

Update: Way to Go USA!! what a game between Algeria.  That was crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Way to close the game Landon Donovan #10
I was inspired by the USA team and their never give up spirit that they carried all the way to the very end of the Algeria game this morning (seriously. the VERY END! but its ok boys).  I was so proud of them and most of all proud to be an american.  They didn't quit but they kept competing until they got what they came for,
A Chance of a Lifetime.  Way to go boys!

If you watched the game you know what I mean.  If not check out the next one against Ghana saturday
I must say though, it is both irritating and exciting watching them play, because they always give nail bitting performances.

"If we did all the things we are capble of, we would astound ourselves."

Respectfully Me

Why are there always people in your life who can control certain aspects of who you are? it’s a hard thing to stop when it has been happening for so long. You feel like you need there approval for everything. You hardly ever feel like your making a decision fully on your own. Its hard for you to distinguish what is really you and what isn’t. You get so lost in the mix of your decisions and what are your influenced decisions, that its like a burden you find yourself trying to get free of. Not trying to make the other person upset or not even that is just trying to keep everything pleasant. To please everyone without making the other person mad. This is of course if your dealing with more than one person, which most likely you are. Once you start this habit it is a pattern that you develop with most of the people you love, and you want to keep loving you. It’s not really like you believe their going to stop loving you but for some reason you still don’t stand up and put an end to it. You are aware that it has to stop and you want it to; however it not just that simple. What seems to be amazing is the fact that you stand up to plenty of others and you even don’t fall prey to giving your kids whatever they want like most parents do. You even criticize them for giving in. So why do you give in when it comes to your situation? You prefer to be free and tell them no, heck no and leave me alone that takes guts. You seen what happens when you don’t agree with them and you tell the truth, it doesn’t seem to go over smoothly. What is really nerve racking is when you find yourself in between two people you try so hard to please, and you continue to please both, even when there on opposite sides. Talk about wearing you out! It’s like carrying around an extra person who tells you what you can and cant do, but you’re a grown person. Your constantly asking yourself will he like it what will he say. What will she think will she approve. It’s too much when all your really contemplating is buying a sweater. You know whether you want to buy the sweater. You just don’t know if he does or she does. Why cant what you want be good enough right? You feel like you cant dress yourself or even decide whether you want to go or not. Deep down you know what you want to do, at least some of the time when your not dealing with guilt. The only thing is you don’t know if its ok to want the things you want. Is it a sin to want to buy yourself a sweater, or a COAT, but you feel like it is. Or is it just that your made to feel that way. You feel much like a little kid who always needs to ask permission. Its embarrassing. Not to mention the person your with, you know “the other one you want to please” seems to think you should buy the whole store just because its cute and its your size. They don’t realize that contemplating the sweater was bad enough. You don’t have any energy for anything else less known the whole store. Now spending all day with this person has suddenly become exhausting. You don’t want to have these things they want you to get anyway, just some of them. You cant help but notice anyway that they have tons of stuff for you to buy but nothing for themselves to buy. You can’t help but think, “This can’t be healthy.” What does it take to free yourself why is this such a big deal. Nobody else can possibly be dealing with this issue on this level. Not true! Many of us have our own issues whether they be extreme or minor. The thing is, our issues however big or small hold us back from the things we really want in life. They cause us to live life unsure of ourselves and unfamiliar with the person we really are. Deciding who your are based on who you want to please is not it. It can only cause resentment. You end up resenting that person when they don’t even know what the problem is. It’s an internal issue. You must become confident in the things you like and the decisions you make even if you don’t have approval. When your can do this without blaming others or becoming angry with others to the point you don’t want to be around them; then you have made serious progress. We have to allow others to be themselves without our influences. Allow them to like and do things that we don’t agree with especially when it’s healthy for them. We understand our health but no others. Realize the health of others and allow them breathing room. That’s freedom

Two types of Pain

I was inspired today by a made show on MTV (who would of thought!).  Taking the advice of my dear husband who likes to find the revelation in every tv and movie he watches.  So amazingly I did! It was a show about a highschool cheerleading squad wanting to get made over into a cheerleading squad worthy of respect from their peers. As a result they would be given the opportunity to try out for a spot to perform at the half-time of the bowl game.  This was a very big deal for them, no sports team at their school had the opportunity to perform out of state, less known a bowl game.
Throughout this episode the girls had worked extremely hard and overcome many obstacles that included losing two teamates due to them quitting.  They had a tryout for boys to add more power to their stunts.  They picked four boys and one of the boys had to quit. They had finally began to come together and gel as a team and performers.  They even began to recognize how far they had come themselves.  In return they began to slack off and goof off, during important practice time. After their made coach informed them of her dislike for their behavior, she decided if they were gonna act that way it could be their last practice.  So the captain walked out, and all the girls followed.  Only the guys were willing to stay.  So one of the guys went outside to talk with the girls and encourage them to come back in.  This is the part of the episode that inspired me.  He encouraged them and rallied them like an adult would.  He told them how this was an opportunity of a life time and they had already come so far, to just throw it away.  He told them, "There are two types of pain, Pain of Discipline and Pain of regret." He explained to them how what they were feeling, that made them want to quit and walk out on the team, and everything they have felt up to that point was pain of discipline.  Then he explained that if they didn't go back in that they would experience the latter, pain of regret.  He told them how the pain of regret is alot worse.  He rallied them back into spirits and they all went back in including the captain.  I thought this was quite inspiring considering that he was one of the new guys who just joined.  He had worked very hard up to that point, but he also witnessed the time and effort of the girls, and they had gained his respect.
So what I want to say to you all is this:

when you are ready to give up and quit on your goals and things in your life that seem to be getting the best of you, just think about the two types of pain.  You can either have the pain of discipline or the pain of regret! You pick.  The pain of discipline always makes you better and stronger in the end; the pain of regret is intended to keep you from going forward.

That speaks to me on many different levels and I plan on using it to motivate myself through hard time like  when it come to working out  LoL! Join me in adding this to the list of your motivations for life.  Feel free to share some personal motivations you may use yourself.

Follow me as we intend to inspire each other.

Oh yeah, and they went on to try out for the bowl game and won the spot and perform their little buts off.  It was very exciting for them and they gained plenty of memories and respect.

Inspired to Know Myself (Re-post)

We often come to a point in our lives where we want to know what our purpose is and what were we meant to do in life. You see people who find that niche that works for them, and those who have found things that they really soar at. Some examples are professional athletes, really good actors, singers, etc. Even those who are good at numbers, or lawyers and doctors who are the best in their field; but what is your area? What are you good at? What area are you gifted to soar in, and how do you find it?
Well, finding this particular thing out about yourself can be a process, and for some it can take many years of trying all kinds of things and not being able to find what is the right fit for you.

Here are some questions that came help you along the way. Before you can figure out what you are suppose to do, and what you are good at, you must find out who you are and what your like:

1. What is UNIQUE about me?
2. What makes Me, Me?
3. What Moves Me?
4. What causes me to get CREATIVE?
5. What is the BEST thing about me?

THESE FIVE QUESTIONS WILL HELP YOU GET INTOUCH WITH YOURSELF AND PERHAPS EVEN LEARN SOMETHING ABOUT YOURSELF.
YOU MUST KNOW WHO YOU ARE TO KNOW WHERE YOUR GOING. Often times we don't know much about ourselves, we don't even know our own makeup. Our love ones know more about us than we know about ourselves. Get connected to yourself and learn what it is you really want out of life.

IPAD, i want one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I WANT ONE...

NO SERIOUSLY, I DO...

I dont have an I- anything, but this one I want.  I have a blackberry so I passed on the iphone, eventhough the comericals are doing a good job of telling me all the things it does that my blackberry doesn't.  I wanted a ipod touch mainly b/c of the internet; but this is much better. I am a techie and gadgets are always catching my eye, so when I saw this I thought, "This is so me". I love my laptop, but this is nice.  I always wanted a touch screen something.  I even was thinking about getting one of those amazon kindle digital book reader things, but this is much better. This would make blogging even better.  I would have so much fun.  I wouldn't put it down for hours.  If you own one of these, aren't you lucky.

I need help on choosing a gift

Ok you all, I need some help!

Has anyone ever heard of the Mack Granite toy trucks made by Bruder?  My youngest son is turning three in May so my husband and I are looking at getting him one of these trucks.  I discovered them around christmas time and thought they would be perfect for him.  He looooves trucks!!  He wakes up out of his sleep anytime he hears a truck.  He has the sound of the garbage truck down pack. He even loves school buses.  "Anything big that makes noise I guess!"  I read some reviews on the Mack Granite Dump Truck and some were good but I did see some that said it wasn't durable.  It looks like a sturdy truck, but I don't want it to start breaking off pieces, he would probably have a fit, he doesn't like things broken. He has a plastic flimsy truck he got the other day that he takes good care of so I'm sure he wont tear it up; his brother is a different story,we'll have to keep it away from him!

These trucks look very real and I think he would love them. If you have bought these for a child or know someone who has, let me know what your experience was.  They look like steel or metal but some reviews said my favorite one(the red and yellow dump truck) was plastic.

My 3yr old also like to simulate cooking.  He always ask me for a pot and a spoon and he uses puzzle pieces as imaginary food. However my husband refuses to buy him anything that resembles a kitchen set so my question is: Is there any type of Chef toy set that we could get him that would be good for a little boy? Be sure to let me know if you are aware of anything like this or if you come across anything. I would appreciate it.

Inspiring quote

I was Inspired by a Quote..
Here is a quote that inspired me to find my purpose and make my mark.

"Do not go where the path may lead.
Go instead where there is no path, and leave a trail."
-Ralph Waldo Emerson

This quote helps me to see that I am in control of my own destiny, going with the flow is not a must.  It's kind of like being a leader and not a follower. Defining yourself by your own standards, not by someone else and what they think you should be.

I was thinking the other day when watching T.V. that the media and magazines portray beauty as being a certain size women with certain assets and a certain look, we've all seen the adds.  We may have even tried to live up to the image of beauty; but I can't help but wonder who is the person or people who determines what is beautiful and what beauty should look like? People spend so much time and money trying to conform to these images when they are already beautiful. I've seen people get plastic surgery to enhance and cut off and shape things and they end up looking worse rather than better. I don't think we are all suppose to look the same anyway. Instead of making ourselves look like someone else, why don't we just be the best us we can be. Make what you have work.
I think our self image has a lot to do with how successful we think we can be. How you see yourself could have a lot more to do with where you see yourself than you may realize. Don't allow your head to be filled with nonsense that has no orgin and cause you not to realize your potential. You decide what's beautiful without media influence then walk in that, and see how others began to want to be like you.
I have found that confidence is attractiveMy husband is most attractive when he is confident in hiself, he says the same about me.
Have you ever came across a good salesman who was selling something that you didn't think was such a big deal, but after he/she began to sells it and bring to light all of its attributes and functions, you began to think "Wow this is pretty cool!" kind of like those informercials! Well, this is what confidence does for us.  It enhances our personality and allows others to see how attractive we really are.

It's Our Anniversay!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello Everyone!
I have been pretty busy lately and I haven't had much time to blog this past week.  Today,
March 16th (3-16) is Me and my Husband's 6th year Anniversay!!!!!!!!!  We have been together since 1999 (so I guess thats about 11years wow).  We are highschool sweethearts so eventhough its 6th years it feels like much longer. We are truly bestfriends, I can tell him anything.
We celebrated this weekend by getting away and enjoying each others company minus our 3 boys who stayed with grandma (thanks mom). We had a wonderful time doing things we love to do together.  We laughed alot which we do often. He cracks me up! We also re -did our first date, which was going to see a movie. Our first date we were 17 & 18, we went to see a movie, but because we forgot our I.D's we had to see Toy story lol, this time we saw a grown -up movie!  We still joke about that to this day.
Our anniversary Dinner was also wonderful, we went to a new restaurant that we wanted to try which I'm sure we will re-visit. I realized after our weekend getaway that we need to get away more often.  We always have fun with our kids, but we have so much fun together.

My mothers anniversary is comming up this sunday and I would like to wish her and her husband a Happy Anniversary!

first necklace                                                        earrings

                                      Second Necklace

Here are my gifts! I mentioned to my husband that I wanted a heart charm necklace and he bought me two. I received one over the weekend and the other he gave me today with a matching pair of earrings. I am so into heart charms, I think they are beautiful.

"Sometimes children can teach us the most"

I always like to say that, "Sometimes children can teach us the most"
This is something I have found to be true.  It's their view of situations and what it teaches them that speaks to me the most.
For instance, remember when you were younger, how often times kids would get in to it, and argue and fight with each other.  Usually it was their best friends and people they would play with everyday that they would fight with. It seemed to always be over something petty and stupid and they would have a disagreement and shout "I'm not your friend anymore!"(or "I'm not your brother anymore", like my 4yr old likes to say to his brothers, as if thats something he can undo). Children tend to get in these type of dispute with each other all the time, but the next day everything is always fine again.  The very next day they are back playing as if the dispute never exsisted.  Especially if their is no parent involvement, because we can sometimes escalate minor situations.  However, to the kids everything is fine.  As if the phrase "I'm not your friend has only a 5 hours limit.  I tell my oldest son all the time, when he gets into arguments with his friends that they will be buddys tomarrow.  At the time he's thinking "yeah right!" Yet the next day things don't seem so bad anymore.  This can become irritating to some adults, but their is one aspect of this that I love about kids. This is almost like a teachable moment for us.  It's in these situations where you see the heart of children.  They are willing to let go of something and not hold on to grudges.  Somewhere along the lines we loose this ability as adults. We allow petty, minor, little things to control our relationships and in some cases our lives.  Children get upset, they lash out even by cutting ties with the friendship, but the next day begins a new day for them.  As adults we go through years of anger and grudge before even realizing we're holding a grudge.  How would it be if each day was new for us as adults? How many frienships and relationships have been ruined over things that mean nothing. Often times after years of being mad, we don't even remember why we were mad in the first place.
Note: If you don't remember why your mad at someone, then it's no point in being mad.
I've even noticed times where the anger would wear off, but we will re-kindle it in order to stay mad.  This is most common amongst spouses and relationships with dating and even family. You try to hold on to anger because you feel you have that right. I've been there before. I admit it didn't get me far. Yet this is what you tell yourself, "I deserve to be mad, after what they did!" What you're really saying is, "I deserve to be held back from living my life and doing what it is I should be doing, because I'm to busy keeping track of my anger." Doesn't sound very smart does it? However there is something freeing about moving on and forgiving someone, even when they don't necessarily deserve it. It frees up your life to move on to much better things.  I think that's why kids don't bother with grudges.  It's too much work, they don't have time. Forgiving is weight lifting, especially if you have many people to forgive. We see it as giving them power or giving away power, but it's more like gaining power for much better things. Like my husband always says, "It's Nothing!" Well, you can use that saying too. Here is a saying my former pastor always used, Life is 10% what happens to you,90% how you respond.(-Thanks Pastor Forbes!). I love that saying, it's so true.  How do you respond to your situation? Are you letting what happens to you be your 90%?
Access your relationships and see if you have any gudges that fall into the petty category.  If so I encourage you to visit your childhood days and decide if your gonna let tomarrow be a new day.  Remember "It's Nothing", unless of course you make it.

Has anbody seen Spring tell her I miss her

Has anybody Seen Spring? Tell her I miss her!!!
winter is not very nice to me and I really miss Spring.  She gives me flowers, and green grass and wonderful colors.  She even washes our car from time to time with her showers.  It's been so long, I almost forgot how beautiful she was.
My husband likes Winter, but I'm so over it.  Everything about winter is nasty! Ok, sure it starts off beautiful when it first comes around Christmas time but that wears off quickly when it brings colds and stuffy noses and snow days. (which I use to love before I actually had kids school age, now I'm so against it).  I have no beautiful pictures to remeber spring but I have plenty of pictures of winter stinking up the place:
I wake up to this every morning and I'm so over it.  The last picture is a dumpster that is surrounded by snow.  On the worst days it is almost buried in snow.  This is one of the lighter days.
I always visit different blogs who have pictures of beautiful weather and I always wonder where do they stay. This is where I stay.  Anybody wanna trade??

Inspired Writing: She Needs To Know

This is an Inspired Writing by me entitled: She Needs To Know I hope you enjoy it

She needs to know that her work is not in vain. That her steps have led her up. That her feet won't blister from beating the pavement of goal acheivement.  She reaches but she's afraid she's not close enough to grab hold of motivation to lift her up toward satisfaction in knowing, that she has done enough to reach the top. She's fainting in her thoughts but caught a glimpse of tomorrow.  She's restored and ready because she knows what is possible. She sees it happening to others, so she knows it can happen.  Will it happen, is what she struggles with.  Encouraging herself to stay the course she's lifted with new word.  Although failure taunts her, she's determined to win that fight, so she has to talk back.  She needs to know that it's Inspiration together with her determination that will bring her the manifestation of her destination near...
She needs to know

That fear wants her captive and affraid to move.  She's battling herself.  Her mind is the enemy.  Failure is the bully that won't let her through.  Standing up begins here, victimization is no more. Confidence lifts her, Faith will sustain her. She must anticipate with actions and settle for gold.  She needs to know that her goals are not that far, their just waiting for her to believe with no doubts in her mind.  Things are what you make them and your reaction is key.  Lessons learned with wisdom gained and struggles behind her will help her see things clearer.
Bit by Bit comes Victory...
Will You Let Her Know??

Birthday Update

Thanks Ladies for the comments wishing my son a Happy Birthday!
He had a lot of fun yesterday especially when his Grandma drove up an hour to see him with gifts and balloons in hand.  She got him a brand new Leapter and he was excited.  He got the v-smile pocket for christmas and he gave that to his little brother who is 2-1/2, because he didn't need it anymore.  He loves this thing.  My 9 yr old seems to like it too and he has a DS.  It's nice to see kids loving to learn. We have yet to really celebrate his birthday, we are planning to do that this weekend.  We're probably gonna take him somewhere like Jeepers which he's been asking to go for about 4 months now.  I sure he'll have a blast and we can do cake, ice cream and all the works.
My younger son is still trying to figure out why my 4yr old is so special. (Now he can't wait till his birthday which isn't coming till May ) I love it when they have their birthdays.  They get so excited

I'm still trying to figure out what we should get him.  Any suggestions?
We have until this weekend to decide

Happy Birthday to my son!!

Today is my sons 4th Birthday
Happy Birthday Son!!!

He has been waiting on his birtday since December when his brother had a party.  Every day he was like "When is my birthday Comming."  So today when he woke up I told him it was his birthday so he started singing "Let's get this party started!!" I couldn't do anything but shake my head.  Must be the Disney Channel Movies.  He may be 4 but he's going on 21.

If there were no Limits

Ok so here is  the Question of the week:
If there were NO LIMITS what would you do?

*No amount of skill
*No amount of money
If you had not limits what would you do?, Where would you go?
How would your life be different?
Think about it....
 .
We all seem to have limits holding us back from doing the things we want so badly to do.  Whether it is money, skill, time, youth.  It always seems to be something.  Some of these are very valid limitations, other can become excuses.

Have You thought of What you would do???

After deciding what it is you would do. Now figure out what limits you from doing that. Now think of  ways to overcome those limitaions.  Find ways around them (a detour).  If someone tells you NO, then maybe your asking the wrong person, or the wrong question.
Find someone who will tel you "Yes."
What stands between us and our dreams? ..and Why do we let it? (Road Blocks)
Are you sick of situations telling you no and telling you what you cant't do?
Lets recognize those dreams, break off the limitations and make them a reality. Then we can blog about them telling others how we did it :)

Im ready are you?

Journal Your Life

I have always been the type of girl to carry around a journal.  I love to write, whether its about my day or just things I learn and pick up on from day to day.  I have always carried them around and owned tons of them since I was a child.  A pretty girly journal with a beautiful pen, would just make my day. It must have have tons of paper because I am annoyed with ones that don't.  I always say one day I'm gonna make my own line of journals. (hopefully all you guys will be customers :). I have a huge journal that I have used for the past five years that is like a window into my life.  I always wrote down important things and things that were of value that I wanted to remember.  It's pretty much full now but I constantly look through it to remind me of things I may have forgotten.  It holds all my goals and accomplishments throughout the past five years.  Whenever I went through difficult times, it held my thoughts and prayers.  I even wrote out prayers.  Somedays I sit back and flip through the pages and read stories that remind me of that time in my life.  I am left with many emotions based on the story.  Often times I am left with a feeling of having been Blessed  and how some of things I worried about then are no longer an issue.  Amazingly my journal also teaches me things and reminds me of lessons learned but forgotten.  I write to express myself and my journal is always a place to store these expressions.  I am a just journal girl.  As I said before my favorite journal is now full so my husband decided to get me a new one for Valentines Day, but he knows my journal standards are high so I'm gonna pick my own.  I haven't found one yet.  You may offer any suggestions you have.  I often am inspired to write blog entries after reading my journal because it holds so many inspirational things.  I flip through it like a book, its like reading through chapters of the past 5 years of my life.  It brings a smile to my face to see the goals I have accomplished and set out to do the things I always said I wanted to do.  To many of you, your blog is your journal. To me, my blog is a reflection of my journal.  I am even going to get a blog journal (as if I need an excuse for a new one) That way I can write out many things to inculde in my blog.  Journals make the perfect girt.  Those of you who love to write try getting a journal and make sure its super cute! with a pen of course.  I love to write more than I type so for those of you who are the same, give it a try.
Journal your life!

If you Journal, tell me how your journal inspires you
thanks to those of you who participated in my Valentines Day poll
